Shipping and Delivery Information

At CSAW Parts, we are committed to delivering your chainsaw decals and spare parts as quickly and safely as possible.

Location & Processing

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Latvia (Northern Europe).

Processing time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

To provide you with the most cost-effective shipping rates, we use different shipping methods based on the order value:

Orders over €20: These orders are sent via Tracked Mail. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email as soon as the package is on its way.
Orders under €20: To keep shipping prices low for small items (like single decals), these are sent via Standard Economy Mail (Non-tracked).

If your order is under €20 but you strictly require a tracking number, we recommend adding more items to your cart to reach the €20 threshold.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Based on our experience, the estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 4–10 business days.
North America (USA & Canada): 10–15 business days.
Rest of the World: Up to 4 weeks.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. During peak seasons (like holidays) or due to customs processing in your country, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. We strive to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible for our international customers.

Import Duties and Taxes

Since we ship from Latvia (European Union):

EU Customers: No additional customs duties or taxes apply.
International Customers (outside EU): You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
